A Service Technician will visit you at your home to assess your roof and provide you with an estimate. The estimate will have detailed information such as the work to be done, the materials used, special notes, if applicable, and most importantly, the price! Your Service Technician will go through the estimate in detail so you as a homeowner will have knowledge about the process and the products installed on your roof. As a homeowner, it is important to know this information upfront before any work begins.

We book up very quickly!The busiest time of the year is between September through November. Book a quote as soon as possible to ensure your roof gets done before the snow fall.

Throughout this process we keep you up to date and informed every step of the way.
During the installation of your new roof, it is our priority to protect your property and possessions. We understand! Installing a new roof can be a disruptive process therefore we strive in making the installation process as easy as possible.
After completion of your new roof, your Service Technician will do a final walk through to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work completed. Once the final walk through is complete, payment will be due in the form of cash, cheque or money order made payable to Koebel’s Roofing Inc.
